IBC is affiliated with upscale hotel properties and convention centers, including GT Hotels in Iloilo, Bacolod, and Boracay, as well as the Iloilo Convention Center (ICON) under the leadership of Mr. Allan Ryan L. Tan, VP of Real Estate and Land Development. The company embraces a comprehensive approach by managing community malls such as GT Mall Molo, GT Mall Pavia, and GT Mall 888 Bacolod.
